چکیده

Holographic data storage (HDS) is promising technology as novel with potentials of larger recording density and higher transfer rate. A computer-generated hologram (CGH) technique enables the optical configuration HDS to be in-line simple has therefore been applied HDS. In our previous papers, two approaches for increasing per a data-page number multiplexed holograms in medium have adopted improve CGH-based Multilevel phase data-pages retrieval based on Fourier fringe analysis introduced multiplexing reference wave correlation also employed. this paper, such studies are individually introduced, finally feasibility combination them discussed.

Cavity enhanced image recording for holographic data storage

Previously, we proposed and experimentally demonstrated that optical cavities can be employed in recording and readout of plane wave holograms to improve data rates in Holographic Data Storage Systems (HDSS). However, there were some concerns about whether these techniques would be applicable to page based HDSS where signal beams are image bearing and have multiple wave vectors. We have consequ...

Localized Recording Approaches and Phase Metrology for Holographic Storage

The number of layers of a micro-holographic disk is limited by wavefront aberration which is strongly dependent on the photopolymer initiation, termination and inhibition kinetics. 3D metrology is used to validate predicted index profiles.

High-density recording in photopolymer-based holographic three-dimensional disks.

The performance specifications of a holographic three-dimensional disk system are experimentally characterized. A surface density of 10 bits/µm(2) is experimentally demonstrated with a 100-µm-thick photopolymer as the recording medium.
